Long long day.
May 29th
Ahh.. haven’t been writing anything here recently. Nothing much to talk about anyways. Its just school and WoW. Exams are coming up, and I hope I can cruise thru this final semester.
Did my revision up till like 6am and went to bed, only to be waken up at about 9. Had to rush down to fix my client fix up her internet and computers in the office. And the god damn backup took so long. Only managed to finish at about 3 and it was raining really heavily in town at that time. Cold, hungry and tired. =( Whats worst, I got back my assignment, and I selfpwn. Just a minor mistake of the values on my graph’s Y-axis and dropped by 2 grades. Wrote in to my unit adviser and he replied me this.
I can’t troubleshoot this kind of mistake in which the author shall
avoid. Since you have done reasonably well in this assignment, which is
close to a D grade, I don’t think you need to worry about it. Take this
as a lesson to check that the presented results match the presented
calculations—that’s what the readers see.Focus on your exam preparation, you will be able to get a good grade if
you do well in the exam.
Typical reply I guess, tho it was due to my carelessness. He replied me really quick, like in 30mins only which is really cool. Unlike some lecturers……
Guess I’ll read up one chapter before going into dreamland. And yes, I was right, the weather is turning for the better! For me, better means rain! I love rain, especially the smell of it.

After enduring the heat wave for the past 2 weeks, it has finally rained today. Heavy downpours, not drizzles. Once in the afternoon and now its raining again. Although the temperature is still warm, its much more bearable. Looks like the hottest periods are over. Cheers !
UEFA Champions League 2008
May 22nd
Just finished watching the 2008 champions league. Quite exciting towards the end, the first half was boring like an ordinary BPL match. Second half was better and extra time was the best; besides the PK of course. Terry did well all season, and this match too. Saving with his head from a Giggs shot. Really sad to see him miss the PK. Ronaldo, I don’t know what to say, he should keep things simple. Tevez, I really dislike what he did with that throw-in and Drogba, WTF was he thinking. Was there a need to raise his hand on Vidic. Being brilliant the whole time and now he tainted his reputation with a stupid move just like that.
Congratz to Ferggie, although I was hoping to see Chelsea lift the cup. Good job to Grant, not a big fan of him but he did produce results. All in all, it was a good game, not the best I’ve seen but its kinda expected from an all English game.
Happy Graduation
May 16th
Just remembered today is the graduation for school of Infotech. All of my university buddies are over at Clayton right now for graduation. Hope they enjoy themselves. And congratz! I will have to wait till September for my turn. Which reminds me that I haven’t applied for my graduation X_X
Earthquake
May 16th
It’s one of those time when watching the news can bring a tear to your eyes. Had been hearing alot about the earthquake in Sichuan but local news didn’t report much. Only just, I tuned into CTI and TVBS news and after seeing the images on TV, it’s far beyond imagination. Must really salute those rescue workers, soldiers and the doctors/nurses there, they are pulling their lives on the line to help others. I can’t bear to continue watching. It’s too savage. I hope my friend there is alright.

Mothers day
May 12th
A rather quiet and uneventful mothers day this year. Went to grandma’s place on Saturday for celebrations, although not many turned up. Still grandma prepared a wonderful meal as usual, the durian cake was spectacular.
Nevertheless, happy mothers day to all mums!
Dual life.
May 8th
Now I am living two lives. One life, I’m Zixuan, a regular university student. The other life is lived in computers, where I’m a warrior in Aman’Thul.
Second try at WoW. When to get the battle chest yesterday because standalone burning crusade seems to be a rare item these days. Just finished assignment 2 and I think I can play for awhile before starting exam revisions. Also my sleeping disorder has hit again after so long. I can only sleep for like 6 hours top. *sigh* Hate that feeling of wanting to sleep but the sleep quality is like crap.
Don’t drink and play soccer
May 3rd
Driving driving is dangerous. Today, I found out that drink soccer is very dangerous too. Can’t remember how much I had before the game but a few minutes in to the game and I’m feeling very tired. And at one point, my chest felt so heavy. Never had this feeling before. Another side effect is feeling super thirsty. Good thing Leslie’s 100plus came at the right time.
So an advice, don’t drink and play sports at the same time. You might DIE !
